DON'T do business with these idiots! They were the approved service provider that was sent through my home warranty company, and worked on both my dishwasher and microwave.

They never fixed the dishwasher, but that pales in comparison to what they did to the microwave. First they installed the new microwave incorrectly. Then, they took chunks out of our cabinet, and second didn't leave enough space for the vent to function, so now the vent motor is broken. After about a dozen calls, I've given up.

They don't return your calls after saying they will, and haven't fixed their shoddy work.

If you want a shop that doesn't know what they are doing, has no sound business practices, and is all-around shady, then J&R appliance is your company. If you want a solid company with experience, then you need to stay away from J&R Appliance.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $500.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Unethical nature of their service.
